I know your post is old, but if you know anymore about your mention of Ann Marlow i may have information, i dont have any Youngs in my tree, but my family originate in the northamtonshire area and still are there, and have Marlow links.

At present i am in a Library in Mooroopna, Vic,, Aus borrowing some Computer time so haven,t got my Family Tree info to hand,, however i do know that Ann Marlow married John Young in 1841 (Dec 25th,,i think ) & both appear on the 1841 census at same address prior to marriage (both surnames )
Her fathers name William if my memory is correct,,
