I am trying to find any info on a Philip Quinn, born 1826 in Ireland, migrated to the U.S. between 1847 to 1855.  Lived in Illinois, possibly Rockford and Chicago, and worked as a Policeman.  One of his children was my grandmother Rose Ann Quinn, born in 1872 in Rockford, Illinois, USA. 

Any help would be appreciated.
