I am searching for the Rawls family that might know anything about Judith Ann Nelson, my half-sister. Her mother was Inez Bessie Rawls and her father was Charles E Nelson. Judith Ann and I have the same father. He divorced Inez and married my mother. The Rawls are a huge family. Hopefully someone will know where I can find her family. Any help appreciated.
